Cedar Crest of Cosmos

Cedar Crest of Cosmos is an Assisted Living Plus
Facility. We provide either minimum services or
up to and including total cares. Our facilities are
licensed by the Minnesota Department of Health
as a Housing with Services Facility and the
Minnesota Department of Human Services as an
Assisted Living Home Care Provider. We offer a
variety of services ranging from minimal services
up to and including total cares. Each facility has
private resident rooms, welcoming sitting areas,
and attractive outdoor sitting areas. We offer a

up to and including total cares.

Initial health care assessment by staff Registered
Nurse
24 hour supervision with trained medical staff
Medication distribution
Minimal assistance with daily care
Three meals a day plus snacks
Recreation, exercise and spiritual activities
Cable TV
Laundry and linen service
Housekeeping and maintenance

Additional services provided for an additional charges
include but are not limited to:

Assistance with ambulation
Total care with dressing and daily needs
Total assistance with feeding
Arrangement for physical therapy
Monitoring diabetes and giving insulin
Catheter care
